This 60 voice choir, which has toured Europe, helps lead worship at our 11:00am Sunday service. The choir performs a wonderful mixture of classical, contemporary and spiritual compositions.  Rehearsal is Thursday evening from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.  New members are always welcome.

The choir's recording is available for sale.  Please contact the church office.

Sanctuary Choir

This 30 voice choir sings at the 8:30am Sunday worship service.  Rehearsals are on Sunday mornings at 9:30am for one half hour.  New members are welcome.

Children’s Chorus

• Cherub Choir

This choir for our 3-6 year olds helps introduce them to singing in worship. Kelly Summers is the Director. The Cherub choir rehearses on Sunday mornings at 10:30am.

• Wesley Choir

This choir is designed for first to fourth graders. They perform several times throughout the year. The Wesley choir rehearses on Wednesday afternoons.  The Director is Dawn Crum.

• Lakeshore Choir

  This choir is designed for fifth to eighth graders.  They perform several times throughout the year.  The Lakeshore choir rehearses on Wednesday afternoons.  The Director is Christine Allison.

• Bells of the Lakes

This outstanding group of musicians play 4 1/2 octaves of Malmark hand bells. They play regularly throughout the year as well as at area festivals, weddings and events.  The group rehearses on Thursday evenings.  The Director is Christine Allison.

• Joy Ringers

This ensemble of four ringers shows off their ability to ring 4-in-hand.  They ring occasionally for worship, but also perform for area organizations, weddings and parties.

• Youth Bells

This group consists of 6th through 12th graders who perform a number of times throughout the year. Rehearsals are on Thursday afternoons.  The Director is Christine Allison.

• Children's Chimes

This beginning group of children ringers (3rd-7th grade) play our three octave set of Malmark choir chimes.  This is primarily a stepping stone to ringing the handbells in the Youth bell choir.  However, they will play occasionally throughout the year as prepared.  The Director is Christine Allison.

• Brass Ensemble

This group is made up of musicians playing the traditional brass instruments.  Instrumentalists interested in playing with the group should contact Christine Allison at 330-499-8972.

• Dixieland Jazz Band

This group adds a jazz flavor to our music here at Church of the Lakes.  They play regularly for organizations and nursing homes.   Instrumentalists wishing to be a part of this fun group should contact Denny Smith at 330-499-6626.
