Leadership Team: 
Purpose:  This is an executive team of the Administrative Council that manages routine financial and ministry decisions.   The leadership team will ensure proper allocation of funds draft annual budget, and evaluate programs to keep focus on Vision Statement.  This group will resolve fund raising conflicts that may arise between various groups in the Church..   This group will make recommendations to Administrative Council regarding major vision directions.  This group will meet on the following dates:  January 29, February 26, March 26, April 30, May 21, June 25, August 27, September 24, October 22 and November 26.

Administrative Council:
Purpose:  Meets three times a year (Charge Conference in Fall, 2nd Monday  in December, Monday in spring or as necessary for major decisions).  This group consists of the entire leadership directory of the congregation including the Leadership team, members of SPR, Trustees, Stewardship, representatives of the youth council  and all team leaders.   This group will discern new visions for ministry, evaluate existing programs, approve final budget, and approve property transfers.

Staff Representation:  All staff are expected to attend.

Staff Parish Relations
Purpose:  Meets the third Tuesday in August, September, October, November,January,  March, May and as needed for special projects.   In addition the SPR will meet with District Superintendent prior to Charge Conference.   Staff Parish is responsible for supervision and evaluation of hired staff positions.  This group also makes recommendations to Leadership team for lay staff salaries and Charge Conference for ordained staff salaries.

Trustees: 
Purpose:  Meets the first Tuesday of each month (except July).  This group will evaluate building needs, secure bids, devise five year capital spending plans, and evaluate any property transfers by making recommendations to Administrative Council.  This group will work closely with Administrative Assistant and Custodian  to manage property expenses.  This group will also oversee the Columbarium Committee

Nominations/Leadership Development
Purpose: Meets the fourth Wednesday of August, the second and fourth Wednesday of September.   This group discerns, selects and arranges for the  leadership needs for the following Administrative Committees (Leadership, SPR, Trustees, Stewardship, Audit, History and Records).

Financial Support Team
Purpose:  Meets the 3rd Monday in August, September, October, November, and February.  This group charged with raising the funds necessary to meet the vision and needs of the Church.  This group will be responsible for congregational education regarding stewardship and commitment Sundays.
